Brochures are an excellent promotional material, especially when they are distributed in person or used with a personalized covering letter. When you need brochures, we have excellent writers, editors, and graphic artists who can help you create the materials you need, including those personalized covering letters!
We help clients develop brochures that range from classic brochures using primarily text and a "tri-fold" or three-panel look to brochures with full-color, professionally designed graphics and multiple pages. We can also help you develop associated logos, business cards, letterhead, newsletters, and other materials that help you create a unified image for your business or group.
When we work with you and/or your staff, our goal is to identify your requirements and produce a brochure that fits with your family of materials. We do this by helping you analyze your audience and by demonstrating why your company or group is the one that they want to contact.

Our work process. We work with you to determine the specific products you need and your time lines. Our process steps are as follows:
- We work with you (phone, FAX, e-mail, in-person) to determine the products you need and if we can create them.
- We provide you with a cost estimate and explain the factors that can save you money or raise your potential costs.
- We develop a preliminary version of your materials and work with you to validate the content and design.
- We then edit those preliminary materials to improve their organization, logic, layout, grammar, and overall consistency and appeal.
- You validate the edited materials.
- We create and deliver your final materials and send a bill for your remaining balance.

Payment:
We use a very straightforward payment process.
1) For complex jobs, we request partial payment when you authorize us to proceed.
2) We ask that payment for your work be made when we complete your project.
3) We request that payments be made by credit card, check, or money order payable in US dollars and sent to :
