We also help you quantify your accomplishments so that a current manager or potential employer can understand your competencies and goals. We often find that clients send us draft résumés that do not highlight what they are actually doing or have done within a position. Why? When you do something every day, you tend to take it for granted, don't value it, and don't know how to emphasize why it is important.

Preparation for an interview. We create professional résumés, and our work process also helps you prepare for job interviews. Creating a match to your cover letter. In addition to résumés, we can help you create a cover letter that reinforces your value and your match to specific positions. We can help you create short paragraphs of text that you can modify (or that we can modify) to fit specific companies. Your cover letter is a critical part of your application for a job because it is often the only sample of your thinking and your writing (other than your résumé) that a potential employer has available for review. And if it is not well done it is the item that can eliminate you from the pool of candidates who will be interviewed.

Our work process. We work with you to determine the specific products you need and your time lines. Our process steps are as follows:
- We work with you (phone, FAX, e-mail, in-person) to determine the products you need and if we can create them.
- We provide you with a cost estimate and explain the factors that can save you money or raise your potential costs.
- We develop a preliminary version of your materials and work with you to validate the content and design.
- We then edit those preliminary materials to improve their organization, logic, layout, grammar, and overall consistency and appeal.
- You validate the edited materials.
- We create and deliver your final materials and send a bill for your remaining balance.

1) For complex jobs, we request partial payment when you authorize us to proceed.
2) We ask that payment for your work be made when we complete your project.
